BMI Congratulates Justin Hurwitz on his 2017 Academy Award Wins
BMI composer Justin Hurwitz triumphed in both musical categories of the Academy Awards last night, earning two prestigious trophies for his music to the blockbuster film La La Land. Hurwitz won the Oscars for Best Score and Best Original Song for “City of Stars,” both of which also earned him two Golden Globes and a BAFTA.
