BMI at Composers Summit Prague 2026

BMI was proud to serve as a presenting sponsor of the 5th annual Composers Summit Prague, one of the premier global gatherings for film, TV and visual media. The summit was held April 23-28 in Prague, Czech Republic and drew nearly 5,000 attendees and welcomed 38 world-renowned composers including BMI’s Gustavo Santaolalla, Harry Gregson-Williams and Mychael Danna, Jeff Beal, Christopher Lennertz and Tom Howe, among others.

During the five-day event composers, music supervisors, and industry leaders gathered for masterclasses, panels, recording sessions, and more.

BMI’s Vice President, Creative, Film, TV & Visual Media, Tracy McKnight was an active presence throughout the week, hosting an intimate Ask Me Anything – Career, Craft, and the Long Game session, moderating a conversation with two-time Oscar winner Gustavo Santaolalla, and speaking in a masterclass about composer pitching alongside industry veterans Robert Messinger and Conrad Pope.
