BMI and YouTube Host First Speed Dating for Songwriters™ Event in Nashville

Eight weeks ago, 12 songwriters (four topliners, four artists and four track producers) met for a unique opportunity to mingle and collaborate, as BMI and YouTube came together to bring BMI’s Speed Dating for Songwriters™ to Nashville after great success in New York and Los Angeles. Each songwriter spent exactly seven minutes with each of the other songwriters, listening to their music, providing feedback and getting to know each other. At the end of the night, they were paired off into four groups and tasked with writing a song. Last week, friends, family and industry VIPs met at BMI Nashville to hear the incredible results.
