BMI’s ‘How I Wrote That Song’ Goes Grammy Feb. 12

BMI will stage the annual Grammy-infused installment of its popular “How I Wrote That Song” panel on Saturday, February 12 from 1 until 3 p.m. at the Key Club (9039 West Sunset Boulevard, West Hollywood, CA 90069) in Los Angeles. Panelists will include multiple Grammy-winning rapper/singer/songwriter/producer Cee Lo Green; multiple Grammy-winning singer/songwriter Seal; Grammy award-winning songwriter/producer Chad Hugo; Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter Claude Kelly; hit songwriter Bonnie McKee; hit songwriter BC Jean; and more to be announced soon.

A panel discussion spiked with performances, BMI’s “How I Wrote That Song” will be moderated by Catherine Brewton, BMI Vice President, Writer/Publisher Relations, Atlanta. This pre–Grammy weekend event is open to members of the public, ages 18 years old and up. Tickets are $15 in advance, $20 the day-of the panel. Tickets can be purchased at keyclub.com.
