2017 Restaurant Leadership Conference Opens With Moving Performance by BMI Writer Marc Scibilia

BMI helped kick off the 2017 Restaurant Leadership Conference in style with an inspirational performance by singer-songwriter Marc Scibilia. The Nashville-based BMI artist performed his own unique version of “This Land is Your Land,” as well as his powerful single “How Bad We Need Each Other,” which fit into the conference theme of “building relationships.” More than 1500 restauranteurs from around the country witnessed Scibilia’s performance during the conference’s opening session. The RLC is an annual event where restaurant execs gather in Phoenix to network and learn about the latest trends in their industry. Marc Scibilia is a former Capitol recording artist who is currently on a headlining tour promoting his latest single “Summer Clothes.” Scibilia’s rendition of ‘This Land” appeared in a recent Jeep commercial and was the most Shazamed moment of the 2015 Super Bowl.
