BMI presented two Million-Air Awards to songwriter Deborah Allen on August 23 at its Music Row offices. Two of Allen’s compositions, “Baby I Lied,” written and performed by Allen, and “Don’t Worry ‘Bout Me Baby,” performed by Janie Fricke, have accumulated more than one million performances each.
