BMI Members Sweep Blues Music Awards

The Blues Music Awards ceremony was held on May 9, 2013, in Memphis, Tenn., and Broadcast Music, Inc. is proud to represent the majority of winners, who claimed 79 percent of this year’s awards. Sponsored by the Blues Foundation, the show, which featured all of the nominees, never once let up in the infectious excitement it brought to the crowd, as blues enthusiasts, and even those new to the genre, couldn’t help but get into the vibe.
