There are three common reasons you may not see your password reset email:
- You don’t yet have a BMI account. To get started joining BMI, please complete the application at www.bmi.com/join.
- The email you entered doesn’t match the email BMI has on file (where you receive your BMI account communications). Try using a different email address - one that you may have used on your original BMI application.
- The email may have been filtered. Be sure to also check your spam folder, as automated emails can sometimes land there. To make sure you receive future emails, add no-reply@bmi.com to your Safe Sender list.
