If you see an error while trying to create your BMI Online Services account, here are a few things to check:
- If your application to join BMI has been approved. You won’t be able to create login credentials until your application to join BMI has been approved. Once your application has been approved, you will receive a “Welcome to BMI” email with instructions to create your BMI Online Services account.
- If you entered the email address BMI has on file (where you receive your BMI account communications). Try using a different email address - one that you may have used on your original BMI application.
