You can choose one of the following methods to enroll in MFA:

• Authenticator App – An authenticator app is a mobile app that generates temporary security codes you use for secure logins. Popular options include Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, and Authy. To use one, you will need to download an authenticator app from your device’s app store.
• SMS/Text – Receive a one-time verification code via text message to your mobile phone.

Either option adds an extra layer of protection to keep your BMI Online Services account secure.
