BMI Member FAQs

« Back to FAQs What is Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is an extra layer of security that helps protect your BMI Online Services account. Instead of signing in with just your username and password, MFA also asks you to confirm your identity with a second step like entering a code sent to your phone or email.

MFA will help prevent unauthorized users from accessing your account, even if they know your password.
