« Back to FAQs I’ve submitted an application to join BMI, but I still can’t log in. What should I do?

There are two common reasons you may not be able to log in yet:

  1. Your application is still under review. You won’t be able to access BMI Online Services until your application to join has been approved. Once that happens, you’ll receive a “Welcome to BMI” email with instructions to create your BMI Online Services account.
  2. You haven’t set up your login credentials yet. If you’re a new user who has never created a username and password, select the New User? link and follow the process to create your login credentials.
