You can update your email address in two ways:

1. If you’re logged in to your BMI Online Services account, select Edit User Profile from the main menu, click the edit icon on the top right of the page, and then you will be prompted to re-authenticate before you can enter your new contact information. Once verified, make and save your changes.
2. If you’re unable to log in to your BMI Online Services account, you’ll need help from our team. Please complete the assistance form at ols.bmi.com/assistance or call us at 844-BMI-4255 so we can update your email address for you. We will need to verify your identity before making the change.
