As the account owner, there are two ways to grant another person access to your BMI account:

1. Grant access directly through BMI Online Services. Log in to your BMI Online Services account and select Third Party Permissions from the main menu. The first step is to Add New User and the process won’t be completed until Application Permissions are saved.
2. Request authorization through BMI. If you received an error message, you can contact us to grant authorization. To get started, please complete the online assistance form at ols.bmi.com/assistance or call us at 844-BMI-4255.
