« Back to FAQs How do I change the mobile phone number I use to receive login verification codes?

  1. If you’re logged in to your BMI Online Services account, go to the Edit User Profile menu item, delete the mobile phone number under Sign In Settings, and click Save. The next time you log in to your BMI Online Services account, you will be able to enroll with a new mobile phone number as your MFA method.
  2. If you’re unable to log in to your BMI Online Services account, you’ll need help from our team. Please complete the assistance form at ols.bmi.com/assistance or call us at 844-BMI-4255 so we can update your email address for you. We will need to verify your identity before making the change.
