You can update your login email address in two ways:
- If you’re logged in to your BMI Online Services account, go to the Edit User Profile menu item, edit the email address found under Sign In Settings, and click Save. The next time you log in to your BMI Online Services account, you will be required to verify the new email address.
- If you’re unable to log in to your BMI Online Services account, you’ll need help from our team. Please complete the assistance form at ols.bmi.com/assistance or call us at 844-BMI-4255 so we can update your email address for you. We will need to verify your identity before making the change.
