If you’d like a business manager, lawyer, or another representative to access your BMI account, there are two ways to grant third-party access to your BMI account:
- Grant access directly through BMI Online Services. Log in to your BMI Online Services account and select Third Party Permissions from the main menu. The first step is to Add New User and the process won’t be completed until Application Permissions are saved.
- Request authorization through BMI. If you received an error message, you can contact us to grant authorization. To get started, please complete the online assistance form at ols.bmi.com/assistance or call us at 844-BMI-4255.
This allows authorized users to log in with their own credentials while still being able to view and manage your account. It’s more secure and ensures BMI can track who is accessing your account on your behalf.
