Broadcast Music, Inc. recently featured Lyle Divinsky, Frances Cone and Allen Stone at its BMI Presents at Rockwood Music Hall event in New York City, designed to offer bourgeoning performers of all genres an opportunity to showcase their talents to the public and the music industry through an intimate showcase.

Hailing from Portland, Maine, Lyle Divinsky, a.k.a. The Sasquatch of Soul, moved to the Big Apple just over three years ago, and has been crooning his way into the hearts and hips of the five boroughs ever since. Charleston, South Carolina native Frances Cone and her band create an indie pop that harkens back to old-time folk and blues. Reared on gospel music and educated on classics from the ’60s and ’70s, Allen Stone has toured non-stop, earning critical praise with his unique brand of hippie soul.
