The Damsels Sign on with BMI

Songwriters Aubree Bullock and Keenie Word, also known as The Damsels, visited the BMI Nashville office June 14 to officially sign as part of the BMI family. The Nashville-based country-pop duo has been recording new material and has two tours scheduled with the Armed Forces Entertainment, bringing their tunes to men and women fighting for America overseas. Joined by their producers, LA-based Brennan Aerts of Vinyl Pinups, and Jason Hall, a Jay Joyce collaborator who has worked with BMI songwriters Little Big Town, Eric Church and Carrie Underwood, and Stormey Music Recording’s Billy Aerts, the women signed the paperwork and talked all things BMI. Congratulations to The Damsels!
