Representative Bob Brady Signs on as SEA Co-Sponsor
Representative Bob Brady (D-PA-1) (@RepBrady), Ranking Member of the House Administration Committee, has joined lead Democratic co-sponsor and Judiciary Committee member Representative Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY-8) (@RepJeffries) as a co-sponsor of H.R. 1283, the Songwriter Equity Act of 2015. Reintroduced in March by Congressman Doug Collins (R-GA-9) (@RepDougCollins), the bill continues to gain momentum and the support of Members of Congress from around the country. Representative Brady also sits on the House Armed Services Committee, and his co-sponsorship of this bill is welcome news to BMI affiliates in Pennsylvania and across the country.
