BMI Writers Get Major Nods for 2015 American Music Awards

Awards season is again upon us and the renowned American Music Awards nominations have been announced, with BMI songwriter Taylor Swift leading the pack with six nominations. Ed Sheeran (BMI via PRS) is right behind with an impressive five nods. If Swift wins all six awards including Artist of the Year, Favorite Album for 1989 and Song of the Year for “Blank Space,” she will make history with the most AMA’s ever awarded to an artist.

The fan-based awards show will air on ABC live from Los Angeles’ Microsoft Theater on Nov. 22. You can vote for your favorite artists at AMAvote.com.
