BMI to Host Hangout Festival Hot Spot
For the third year, Broadcast Music, Inc. will host a stage of top-notch talent during the Hangout Music Fest May 15-17, 2015, in Gulf Shores, Alabama. The beach-side stage will feature 12 bands from all over the country gathering in the gulf to show the more than 45,000 festival-goers the vast talent of BMI bands in all genres of music. From Nashville indie rockers Colony House to Brooklyn-based folk trio The Lone Bellow to New York’s pop powerhouse Halsey to the bluesy and soulful sounds of Los Angeles-born Elle King, the showcases will have a sound for everyone. FireKid, Grizfolk, Natural Child, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Roadkill Ghost Choir, Steelism, The Districts and The Suffers will also add their talents to the mix. Don’t miss it!
