BMI to Co-Sponsor Songwriters Summit in Salt Lake City

Broadcast Music, Inc., in conjunction with Bonneville Media Group’s Classic 103.5 The Arrow and FM 100.3 radio stations, will co-sponsor the 2015 Songwriters Summit in Salt Lake City, Utah, March 27 and 28, 2015. The summit will feature panel discussions and performances by BMI songwriters, including award-winning Nashville songwriters Tommy Lee James and Dylan Altman, Nash Overstreet with Hot Chelle Rae, Tyler Glenn of Neon Trees, Chris Barron of the Spin Doctors and Jason Scheff with Chicago. Live acoustic performances will kick off the event on Friday, followed by informational panel discussions and more exciting shows Saturday. Attendees will gain valuable insights into the craft and business of songwriting, as well as see top-notch performances by an outstanding roster of writers. The event underscores BMI’s commitment to nurture new talent and provide opportunities for emerging writers to learn from established songwriters.
