Broadcast Music, Inc., along with ASCAP and SESAC, is proud to support its songwriters in a new round of the intensive and unique collaborative Songwriters Workshop facilitated by Billy Seidman’s Song Arts Academy. Based in New York, the five week workshop evolved out of the BMI Contemporary Songwriter Workshop founded by BMI’s Assistant Vice President, Writer/Publisher Relations, Samantha Cox, and instructor Billy Seidman in 2000. In the past six months, more than 200 songwriters have participated in Song Arts Workshops and Forums with resounding success. All participants learn valuable songwriting techniques, strategies and critiquing systems mastered by some of the most sought after pop songwriters on the charts.

A new five-week workshop begins Tuesday, June 2, in New York City. Writers are encouraged to apply quickly, as the workshop is limited to 15. For more information, please visit www.songartsacademy.com.
