BMI recently co-hosted the 8th Annual Slush Fund Day Party at Athfest, held June 25, featuring five local acts from the Athens and Atlanta, GA, scenes. The festival celebrated its 20th year in operation, and has grown to three days of live music from more than 100 bands on two outdoor stages and numerous clubs and bars around Athens.
