BMI Upgrades Online Catalog Management System for Music Publishers & Songwriters

BMI has launched of multiple updates to its award-winning website, BMI.com, that will provide expanded access to business services for its music publishers, songwriters, composers and licensees.

Features now available to registered users include:

  • User management center that provides comprehensive control and access for registered and approved users. The User Manager can specify which level of access individual, registered users can be granted for each account. This function is a benefit for music publishers representing multiple catalogs with multiple individuals working on those writers’ and works’ behalf.
  • Universal login on BMI.com that allows access to all BMI accounts for affiliates and licensees.
  • Power search function that provides multiple options to query catalog by title, account number, publisher, songwriter, composer and more.
  • Electronic statements, including downloadable statement adjustments, in PDF or CSV file formats that can now be imported into financial programs.
