BMI’s ‘Verano Alternativo’ Offers An Array of Latin Sounds
BMI proudly presented Verano Alternativo (Alternative Summer) in conjunction with LARemezcla.com, Filter Magazine and Descargaclub.com August 20 at the Knitting Factory in L.A. The event celebrated Latin music by showcasing an array of bands reflecting the genre’s diversity. Featured where SSB, Quetzal, Allá, and ZocaloZüe, four buzz-worthy Latin bands that have created distinct sounds by encompassing both their cultural heritage and passion for experimentation.
