BMI Provides Film/TV Insight at South Park Music Tour Conference

The South Park Music Tour and Music Conference was held June 26-29 in Fairplay, Colorado, where BMI Associate Director, Writer/Publisher Relations, Anne Cecere served as a panelist for “Getting Your Music on Radio, Film and Television.” Cecere offered advice on navigating the contemporary world of film, television and video game song placement. BMI songwriters Larry Johnson and CR Parsons performed at the conference where attendees sang along to “Don’t Take the Girl,” a Tim McGraw smash, co-written by Johnson.

South Park Music Tour is an annual event that features a variety of panel discussions, songwriting camps and live performances from some of today’s most celebrated singer/songwriters.
