Victoria Horn Signs On
BMI's Brandon Bakshi and Victoria Horn
On her way to Los Angeles recently, singer/songwriter Victoria Horn stopped by BMI London to sign her affiliation paperwork.
Victoria has joined BMI for performing right representation in the United States and will remain with PRS for the rest of the world.
