Singer/songwriter Tim James is experiencing a happy flood of activity: The newly affiliated BMI songwriter also recently inked a publishing deal with Warner/Chappell Music. James, who co-wrote Bucky Covington's current chart climber, "It's Good to be Us," is also the one of the pens behind Toby Keith's five-week No. 1 "My List." Artists including Lee Ann Womack, Trace Adkins and Chris Young have also recorded James' tunes.
