WIPO Conference Puts Spotlight on Copyright

BMI Senior Vice President and General Counsel Marvin Berenson recently moderated a panel at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) conference on Collective Management of the Copyright and Related Rights in North America at the Vanderbilt Law School in Nashville. Topic of the panel was “The Protection and Enforcement of Copyright and Related Rights: The Role of Collective Management Organizations and of Performers and Producers of Phonograms.”
