Green Hills Music Group recently signed their first BMI songwriter, veteran Rick Giles. Numerous contemporary country stars including Rascal Flatts, Tim McGraw, Steve Wariner, Terri Clark and Patty Loveless, along with perennial favorites Tanya Tucker, Eddie Rabbitt, Charlie Pride and The Oak Ridge Boys, have all recorded Rick’s compositions. His “So Close” was a pop hit for duo Hall and Oates, while “Is There Life Out There” became a signature song for Reba McEntire. Rick has garnered 7 BMI Country Awards, and today, his fervent creativity guarantees many more hits are waiting in the wings.
