The Los Angeles chapter of the Association of Independent Music Publishers (AIMP) held a panel and luncheon featuring BMI's Director of Writer/Publisher Relations, Malik Levy, moderating an insightful conversation with some of hip-hop's top executives, including Rico Wade, Writer/Producer, Organized Noise (Atlanta); Maani Edwards, Sr. Director of Creative, Universal Music Publishing; Eric Dawkins, Writer/Producer, (formerly with The Underdogs); Valerie Patton, VP of Creative, Chrysalis Music Publishing; and LaRonda Sutton, Sr. VP of Music Dev. & Production, Sly as a Fox Music.
