BMI Podcast #5 Celebrates Diversity of Latin Music

The fifth release in BMI's podcast music series, See It Hear First™ - "Velo y Escuchalo Primero" - celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month by featuring four emerging songwriter/artists in the rock en espaŅol and Latin urban genres.

Consculluela Santo Nova

The ground-breaking podcast series is the first to feature four cutting-edge Latin artists: Consculluela, Santo Nova, David Rolas and Héctor Crisantes. These four represent the diversity of the Latin rock and urban genre movements, having been influenced by their familial heritage and musical up-bringing.

David Rolas Héctor Crisantes

Cosculluela was born in Humacao, Puerto Rico. His contribution to BMI Podcast #5 is "Vamos A Darle." Santo Nova (or Nova, as he likes to be called) is a native New Yorker of Dominican decent. His BMI Podcast selection is "Seduceme." Born to Mexican-American parents, David Rolas hails from south central Los Angeles. He is featured in BMI Podcast #5 performing "La Fiesta" from his new album, Tatuajes. Héctor Crisantes grew up in Nogales, AZ and Culican, Sinaloa (Mexico). On BMI Podcast #5, he performs "Gotas de Miel."
