BMI Sponsors Urban In The City Event

BMI London sponsored the recent Urban In The City event, a series of showcases featuring up-and-coming r&b/soul acts playing live acoustic sets across various venues in Brighton and Manchester over two days. This event kicked-off the 2005 In The City conference, the UK's annual international music convention held September 30 to October 3.

For four days and four nights, ITC takes over Manchester and plays host to over 2000 senior music industry professionals to debate, talk, learn, network and do business, while at night, the best new bands, artists and creators take part in Europe's largest city-based music festival - In The City Live & Unsigned - showcasing their talent to the heart of the industry.
