Evanescence gets “Life” Sentence from BMI

Evanescence lead singer Amy Lee (left) is pleased to receive a plaque from BMI congratulating the band on the worldwide success of their breakthrough hit, "Bring Me To Life." The song is from their multi-platinum debut CD, Fallen (Wind-Up), and has been at the top of the charts for more than 30 weeks.

Seen here at a private label party before their sold-out show at New York's Webster Hall are Lee, BMI's Samantha Cox, Evanescence guitarist Ben Moody and BMI's J.W. Johnson.
