Wishing On a ‘Nashville Star’

Representatives from BMI Nashville visited USA Networks' "Nashville Star" finalists Buddy Jewell, Miranda Lambert and John Arthur Martinez prior to the program's finale on May 3. Viewers selected Jewell as the winner of a Sony Nashville recording contract. A long-time Nashville demo singer, Jewell is currently receiving spins on country radio with his original "Help Pour Out The Rain (Lacey's Song)," and will soon start working on his debut album with producer Clint Black.
