BMI To Welcome ‘Swedish Invasion’ To New York

BMI's New York Writer/Publisher staff will host a luncheon for 10 of Sweden's hottest new music acts, their representatives and label personnel Monday, March 10. The lunch will help to kick off two nights of showcases at CBGB's organized by Export Music Sweden in cooperation with the Consulate General of Sweden in New York. Following the NYC stop the artists will travel on to SxSW where they'l take the stage at Maggie Mae's, March 14 & 15. From there they will head to Los Angeles for a two-day visit, performing at Spaceland (16th) and The Troubadour (17th). All Swedish Showcases are open to the public.
