MusiCares Financial Wellness Workshop: Los Angeles
Financial Wellness: Fiscal Fitness/Budgeting 101. The first of two workshops in the 2003 Financial Wellness Workshop Series, provided by MusiCares and Society of Singers in conjunction with Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Los Angeles. The workshop will be an entertaining and enlightening presentation in budgeting and money management. Participants learn the seven keys to financial success and some practical suggestions for applying them. The workshop will emphasize the steps in creating a budget and give participants the opportunity to develop their own working budget in class. (Please bring a pocket calculator if you have one). 6-8 p.m. at the Recording Academy National Office (Santa Monica). Admission is free. Seating is limited and reservations are required.
