24th Annual Communications Awards Dinner will honor Idris Elba (NABOB Entertainer of the Year in Film & Television Award); Louis Gossett, Jr. (NABOB Pioneer in Entertainment Award), Eartha Kitt (NABOB Lifetime Achievement Award), Ne-Yo (NABOB Entertainer of the Year in Music Award); and Nancy Wilson (NABOB Pioneer in Music Award).
