SPONY Songwriter Pitch-A-Thon: New York

SPONY songwriter pitch-a-thon will be held at the BMI New York offices at 320 W. 57th Street, 6:00–8:00pm - open to all. CD check in starts at 5:15 pm and the doors close at 6:30pm (unless capacity is reached before then). $20 Admission Fee (Cash Only). Fee entitles you to enter one song (Limit one song per person).

The guest judge panel will include:

The Senior Creative Director for MasterSource, Universal Music Publishing's song library, who is looking for "radio-ready" songs in all styles for placement in Film, TV, Video Games, and Digital projects. He is particularly interested in World Pop, Soul, Metal/Hard Rock, and Retro-Glam Rock.

The SVP of Razor & Tie Music Publishing who is looking for songs which push the envelope and break new ground, preferably non-track based, as well as songs for the film, TV and digital placement divisions of Razor & Tie; and

The Director of Licensing for BZ Rights who is looking for “edgy pop” songs for placement in film, TV and digital projects.
