Thelonious Monk Institute’s Annual Gala: Los Angeles
The Thelonious Monk Institute of Jazz will present the 2007 Thelonious Monk International Jazz Trumpet Competition and pay tribute to BMI composer Herbie Hancock at the Kodak Theater in Los Angeles. The winner of the 14th Annual BMI Jazz Composers Competition will also be announced at the event.
