The Memphis Chapter of the Recording Academy presents a GRAMMY Professional Event: Independent Music Forum 2002 Music Conference and Showcase sponsored by BMI, the Economic Club of Memphis and Memphis Flyer at Cadre Entertainment (149 Monroe Avenue), 12:00pm - 6:00pm. Keynote Speaker: Evelyn Shriver, President, Bandit Records. Panelists to include BMI's Mark Mason; Chris Morris, Billboard; David Fricke, Rolling Stone; Redbeard, Radio Programmer, In The Studio; Bob Merlis, Memphis International Records; John Snyder, Producer, Artist House Foundation; Shelby Meade, Independent Publicist; David Fleischman, Independent Record Promoter; Al Moss, Independent Record Promoter; Cynthia Simien, Artist Manager; Rick Cady, Booking Agent, Third Coast; Jose Mangin, Sirius Satellite Radio; and Dyana Williams, Imaging and Media Relations.
