BMI and Vibe magazine present the second BMI/Vibe urban showcase at The ROXY (515 West 18th Street) Slated to perform are Pharrell Williams, Chris Brown and Dre (of Cool & Dre). Grammy-winning artist Fat Man Scoop will host the invitation-only event.
