Songwriting Workshop w/Cliff Goldmacher: New York
This workshop, directed by producer Cliff Goldmacher, is for BMI singer/songwriters considering making a self-released CD. The workshop will cover areas such as whether or not to hire a producer, the pros and cons of recording yourself, hiring session players, getting vocals you're happy with on through to mixing and mastering. Attendees are also invited to bring a recent demo. There will also be a question and answer period at the end of the workshop. 7-9pm in the BMI Media Room (320 W. 57th St. btwn 8th and 9th Ave.)
