BMI Songwriters Workshop with Jason Blume: Austin
FREE and open to all songwriters who are serious about and committed to successful commercial songwriting. Jason Blume will examine the components of hit songs and cover a variety of topics including song structure, lyric and melody writing techniques, writing from the heart for the radio and effective demo recording, among other topics. Seating is limited and on a first come, first served basis. 9:00am-9:30 am: Meet, Greet and Eat (continental breakfast); 9:30 am-12:30 pm: Workshop at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema (409 Colorado).
