ARChive 18th Anniversary Benefit Dance Party: New York

The ARChive of Contemporary Music, America's largest music library, will host its annual benefit party at SOB's (204 Varick St. @ Houston) The party, sponsored by BMI, will feature Mike D (Beastie Boys), Fred Schneider (B-52s), Nile Rodgers (legendary producer from Chic), Dr. John (the nighttripper), Carson Kressley (from TV's Queer Eye) and Tim Sweeney (Beats in Space/DFA)...PLUS surprise guests spinning their favorite dance records. DJs will play 1/2 hour sets, beginning with Mike D around 8:45pm. Cocktails and Heavy Hors D'Oeuvres. Tickets are $125 each, 10 for $1000 and donor tables are $2500.
