      <content:encoded><![CDATA[BMI songwriter/producer and Universal recording artist Nitty dropped by the BMI New York office to get some hearty congrats for his hit single "Nasty Girl" topping the Billboard Hot 100 Singles Sales chart for the fourth consecutive week.
