Harper Simon Joins BMI Family

BMI proudly welcomes singer/songwriter Harper Simon to its talented brood. Nashville recently played host to a genetically blessed recording session at Music Row's Masterphonics Studio, where Harper (son of BMI Icon Paul Simon) and Bijou Phillips (daughter of the Mamas & the Papas' John Phillips) laid tracks for a country music collaboration.

The session was produced by the legendary Bob Johnston, the producer responsible for such classic albums as Bob Dylan's Blonde on Blonde and the first four Simon & Garfunkel records.
