      <title>BMI Signs Teen Songwriter Matt Bair</title>

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Sixteen-year-old BMI singer/songwriter <a id='f126' class='f126' href='/affiliate/C126'>Matt Bair</a> stopped by the New York office recently to perform an acoustic set of some of his newest songs. Bair, who fronts Long Island pop/punk/rock band <a href= "http://www.bandcampmusic.com/" target= "_blank">bandcamp</a>, is in the process of signing a deal with EMI Music Publishing while his band is generating major label interest.
